After almost 7 weeks of travelling, I arrived home on Sunday. Pretty tired, pretty happy and pretty stoked to tell/show everyone all the crazy/fun/over the top stuff that I have experienced the last weeks. My freshest memory to date? KK Treningscamp. Two euforic weeks of training, sunshine, smiles, more training, food, more food, wine, a cocktail or two and good conversations. Pretty much like paradise, right? The last couple of years, this camp has been one of my major projects at work. What I actually do there and why it is so amazing? Well, that`s hard to describe...I guess you have to experience it... OR I could try to show you with pictures, as taking heaps of photos on the camp is one of my many tasks...( As well as being the running DJ in the morning, doing all the social media for the camp, creating a good vibe, being the host, starting up pool parties now and then....in other words, making sure that everyone is having a good time!)
So, let`s see...How is life at KK Treningscamp?
It means having this as your view on the way to work. I can live with that...
And how about red carpet yoga in the morning?:)
When people give you smiles like these when all they really wanna do is scream in pain? THAT is pretty awesome!
When people just give you The Kodak Work Out Moment when you snap some photos of them. EPIC.
After three hours of work out in the sun, this lady just gives me thumbs up. Holy mama, you rock!
When a dance class just suddenly becomes so much more fun with some funky props!
When the yoga instructor tries out a step and strength class for the first time, and this is his view on it!
When you meet people stepping out of their own comfort zone and they continue to smile and smile after the class! Love at first aerobic class!
When people have the ability to relax as much as the cats;)
And kicking off my day with a slow run with these people is my kinda happy pill! Especially when I can play some good tunes for them at the same time:)
Seeing smiles everywhere I go!
And hey, balance is important!
And working with a fantastic team of instructors. Every one of them with an unique quality to give everyone at the camp sore muscles and happy faces at the same time!
What an amazing two weeks. I feel so grateful meeting so many fantastic people, with so many different backgrounds and just giving them a week filled with fun!
