What is your victory in life? Nailing your dream job maybe? Or achieving something that you have been longing for the last couple of months or years? Or simply just finding true happiness in your every day life? Sound like a cliché I know, but it´s so true. Victories in life are important to celebrate, no matter what how how small or big they are. Every victory should be celebrated!
Looking back at my past years there have been so many victories I wanna celebrate. My parents both having cancer but are still alive and fighting. Changing a pretty heavy time in life when my financeé broke up with me to something to learn from and grow from. (My five weeks travel to Central America by myself definitely made me a lot tougher!) And when I lost my dream job working for a fitness magazine, other cool oppurtunites popped up!
One of my biggest victories these days, are inspiring other people through my social media. That my energy and fearlessness when it comes to showing my quirky sides would actullay inspire people to work out and have fun is something I never even thought was possible! Doing stuff I think is fun and being open to try out new things is perhaps the key! Being a running DJ or trying out an inline skating marathon in Berlin without hardly any experience! Anything is possible!
Getting feedback on how people get motivated to excersise through following me on snapchat (stinita) or Instagram (@stinehar) is truly amazing, and as I tend to say quite often, it´s all about #jobbepå (work it)! This has become my mantra, and it's so much fun getting feedback from other people using it!
And this summer, I want you to celebrate your victories with me! Today HM in collaboration with the Swedish Olympic Team launches their new sports collection, #ForEveryVictory to celebrate the personal victories. The campaing celebrates the power of sport and self-belief to transform people's lives. The campaign featues Caitlyn Jenner with her Olympic gold medal in the decathlon who dared to stand up for her identity... Yo go girl!
As well as Chelsea Werner, the gymnast who has never let Down Syndrome halt her progress. #jobbepå as I would say!
And surfer Mike Coots who lost his leg in a shark attack but is still cruisin around on his sufboard and Namibia Flores, the boxer who has fought prejudice to pursue he dreams. You are truly an inspiration!
I am so happy to be a part of this project, and now I want to see YOUR victories! And hey, it can be anyting. From going on a long run, bike ride, nailing a zumba class, stepping out of your comfort zone in any way. Or maybe you are just happy about something or even proud of what a family member or a friend has achieved. I wanna see it! Use #HMsport #ForEveryVictory #jobbepå and @stinehar when posting your victory picture on Instagram!
Remember to believe in yourself peeps! You just gotta #jobbepå :)
